Choose a Style
The first step in ordering a custom fireplace surround or other décor peice for your project is to decide on a style.
There may be something in our photo gallery, it can be based on a photograph that you have, or based on your architect’s or designer’s drawing. We are able to work with practically any design you choose.
Keep in mind there may be specific site parameters and as such, we do encourage you to contact us to discuss your project regardless of what stage in the decision making process you are in. We are happy to meet with you on site in order to determine your project requirements and develop a design based on those requirements.
Receive a quotation
Once we have determined the style and sizing, we will put together a quotation, including a drawing and all costs to manufacture and install your surround.
Once you are satisfied with the details of your quotation, you may then choose to accept our quotation and submit your deposit in order to schedule production of your project.
Your project is manufactured according to the drawings you have approved and colour and finish you have chosen. Production times can vary according to style, size and finish, but we are happy to update you along the way.
Install is scheduled
Once your project manufacturing is completed, you will be notified and we will schedule an install date .
Our skilled team will install your surround. This can take anywhere from 2-6 hours depending on the size of your surround. Any clamps or shimming that may need to stay on, will be removed by us within a day or two.
