All of precast architectural products are created with the highest quality standards and utmost of care. They are to be treated as a natural stone product similar to marble or limestone. Your product has been sealed with a high performance sealer, made specifically for the architectural concrete industry, protecting your concrete from regular household use. This process offers excellent protection against stains, spills, and other accidents that may occur. However, as with any other similar product, it can be damaged if improperly handled. To ensure the continued longevity of your concrete, we recommend a regular care regimen.

Daily Care
• Wipe up spills immediately to minimize exposure to surface-damaging substances.
• Use mild, non-abrasive cleaning products that DO NOT CONTAIN ammonia, bleach or solvents.
Do
• Use surface protectors on the bottom of ceramic or metal objects.
• Place protection underneath candles, vases, flower pots, etc.
• Test cleaning products on an inconspicuous area before using on an entire surface.
Do Not
• Slide objects with sharp edges across concrete surfaces.
• Use abrasive cleaners or pads.
• Cut directly on surface.
• Place hot pots or objects on the surface.
• Let acidic objects and or ammonia based solutions sit directly on the surface.
Regular Maintenance
- Maintain your architectural concrete products with regular applications of any of the following products:
• Gran Quartz Stone Polish (available at Gran Quartz or via Amazon.ca) or Gel Gloss (Rona, Home Depot).
• Reseal the surface every 2-3 years depending on usage.
• Most nominal damage or staining may be repaired.
• As with most comparable surfaces, chips from heavy pots and pans, around the kitchen sink is most common, are repairable but not covered under warranty.
